一问：你是否符合报考规定？
小编提醒那些已经参加过高考的复读生，今年，教育部规定，已经被高校录取并保留入学资格的学生是不能参加考试的，不要做两手准备的同时，失去高考资格。
1、已被高校录取并保留入学资格的学生不得报考
教育部2015年规定“具有高等学历教育资格的在校生”不得报考。2016年在此基础上，规定补充了“或已被高等学校录取并保留入学资格的学生”。

2、随迁子女不得在“流入”和“流出”两地同时参加高考
随迁子女在当地参加高考，按各省（区、市）的办法执行，不得在“流入”和“流出”两地同时参加高考报名。

今年3月8日，教育部下发通知，明确要求各地要综合治理考试环境，继续开展净化涉考网络环境、打击销售作弊器材、净化考点周边环境、打击替考作弊等专项行动。“史上最严高考”有多严，让我们来看看今年新规定。
1、高考作弊首次入刑最高判7年
2015年11月1日起，正式实施的刑法修正案（九）明确，在普通高考、全国研究生考试等法律规定的国家考试中组织作弊的，将入刑定罪，最高可处七年有期徒刑。
教育部2016年3月发布的《关于做好2016年普通高校招生工作的通知》明确，要结合各地实际，采用二代身份证现场报名确认、现场采集照片和指纹或指静脉等生物特征、及时进行信息比对等措施严防替考。
北京教育考试院高招办有关负责人提醒，考生要遵守考场纪律，诚信应考。除了金属探测仪之外，今年各考点还将使用“考场狗”这一高科技防作弊“武器”。“考场狗”就是考场技防探测器，它采用光谱探测的方式，可以探测到考场内使用无线隐形耳机等语音类作弊工具的作弊者，并能确定其佩戴的位置。
2、考试作弊或“禁考”3年
去年，新修订教育法明确了对考生考试作弊的惩处办法。教育法规定，考生在国家教育考试中有相关作弊行为的，由组织考试的教育考试机构工作人员在考试现场采取必要措施予以制止并终止其继续参加考试;组织考试的教育考试机构可以取消其相关考试资格或者考试成绩;情节严重的，由教育行政部门责令停止参加相关国家教育考试一年以上三年以下;构成违反治安管理行为的，由公安机关依法给予治安管理处罚;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
